Achizitie verificata
Am citit aproape 400 de pagini din cele 433. Mi se pare interesanta, o citesc destul de usor desi din greseala am comandat cartea in engleza. Mai greu suport informatia despre moartea atator oameni, mai ales copii, descrierea campusurilor de refugiati, haosul in armata biafrezilor si, ca totdeauna, oameni de buna credinta dar si oportunisti. O prietena m-a intrebat de ce citesc astfel de carti, i-am raspuns ca ele vorbesc despre evenimente de care am auzit candva in viata si mi se pare interesant sa aflu mai mult. Mi-au placut si cartile Isabelei Allende, ale lui Hannah Kristin, Sarah Lark, Wilburn Smith, Andrei Makine,...
Poate ca expresiile in Igbo destul de dese ingreuneaza cititul dar autoarea e credibila si obiectiva in redarea multor situatii.
Ma bucur ca din greseala am comandat cartea in engleza, nu stiu daca traducerea in romana mi s-ar fi parut la fel de credibila.
