Youdim, Adrienne: - Adrienne Youdim, MD, is a physician nutrition specialist, professor, and founder of Dehl Nutrition. After earning her degree at the UC San Diego School of Medicine, she went on to teach at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was also the medical director. She has been certified by three different medical boards and currently holds a medical practice in Beverly Hills. As the daughter of immigrant parents, Youdim's experience combines Western medicine and natural practices to create a truly integrative approach to weight loss. A natural storyteller, she strives to develop meaningful relationships with her clients as they work toward identifying their true hunger in order to live fulfilled, contented and wholehearted lives. She lives in Brentwood, California, with her loving husband of twenty years, their three kids, and puppy.
