She lost an amazing 90 pounds over the course of one year! She earnestly sought to understand what made her weight loss journey so difficult in the past and how to recapture and maintain her successful mindset that lead to her astounding 90-pound weight loss. Her search led her to land a job at a popular weight loss physician's clinic. Here she interviewed and obtained the weight loss history of an estimated 500 plus patients who were all struggling to win the battle of permanent weight loss. One thing became clear to Ms. Urban, mindset prepping and maintenance of that mindset are essential to permanent weight loss success! Most diets will work if followed closely.
