Mr. Burcke was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1975. A reformed litigator, Mr. Burcke's practice for many years has focused on the areas of estate planning and administration. He has spoken on such estate planning topics as "Living Trust Planning" "The Family Limited Partnership", "Tax Efficient Gifting Strategies" and "Planning for Your Adult Disabled Child" before numerous civic and private organizations, as well as at many public estate planning seminars. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Probate and Trust Law Committee and has helped draft Missouri state law in the area trust administration. He also serves on the Missouri 21st Judicial Circuit Probate Court Committee
