Arctic Memories

Stalker, Amisimak Wendell: - I am Inupiaq Eskimo. I was born in the small village of Noatak and grew up in and around the area of Kotzebue, Alaska. I am a musician, an artist, and story writer. Many long winters growing up were spent singing, dancing, playing Eskimo games, and listening to stories told by my elders. I've always been passionate about this and impressed by the influence it has on people and the decisions they make in life. I am so excited to finally be able to bring those stories to everyone, and share my interest in preserving the foundations set by my ancestors. My stories are a reflection of my heritage above the arctic circle in Alaska.
