She has written 4 books: 10 Years Younger, 10 Years Younger Nutrition Bible, Top-To-Toe and How to Be Gorgeous. Her new book 'Bolder not Older' will be released in January 2025.
Known for her love of colour and accessories, her makeovers are always transformative and eye-catching. Her passion is helping women to look and feel their best at any age.
In addition to helping women redefine the way they look and feel about themselves. Nicky is also an esteemed style coach and fashion educator, running personal stylist training courses at her Style Academy, as well as working with retailers to improve the styling expertise of their sales staff.
She also runs a 10 Years Younger retreat in the Algarve, Portugal. Incorporating a mix of yoga and beach meditations with expert masterclasses so you leave refreshed but also equipped with top tips on how to live your best mid-life.
