Jey Tran is a father to two little girls, Mia and Misha. His two-year journey from Vietnam to America helped shape him into the man he is today. He used the challenges and struggles he faced as stepping stones to build a better future. Jey has spent years working with children and adults with special needs and more than 20 years in the fitness industry, where he has reshaped both his clients and the industry with his creative workouts. Fitness has been his passion ever since he first discovered it in college, and he turned that passion into a career focused on helping people transform both physically and mentally. After the passing of his beloved father, Jey dedicated his life to helping others with their wellness. Every person he can help along the way is a way to honor his father and those who paved the way for him.
