Mixed Reality Leadership

This book looks at the complexities of integrating mixed reality, extended reality, augmented reality, virtual reality and artificial intelligence into a leadership framework called Mixed Reality Leadership. It addresses key topics such as governance, risk management, organisational values, and strategic threats in a mixed reality context. Mixed Reality and Mixed Reality Leadership are new terms, first used by the authors on LinkedIn in 2023/24.

With an initial focus on emerging challenges such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, the book emphasises the importance of adaptable leadership styles and robust governance. The book also examines mixed reality leadership development, training, and its intersection with critical national and information infrastructures, Obstructive Marketing, highlighting vulnerabilities in key sectors such as defence, health, finance, energy with numerous case studies.
