The beats were loud, the lights were bright. The cats drank milk and danced all night. Superstar DJ Sam Francisco's music is keeping Buzzkill Bill awake. Bill sends dogs, pest control and even the police to shut it down. When he pulls the plug things look bleak, but it’s the people (and cats) who make a party, not the fancy equipment.
