Self-Compassion

Patricia is author of a series of inclusive, mindful children's books on social-emotional themes, published by Milet in English and 17 bilingual editions. A longtime advocate for bilingual books and translated literature, she is the cohost of a popular webinar series, Explorations in Translation for Children, organized by the Centre for Book Cultures and Publishing at the University of Reading, England, and Outside In World. She is a wisdom worker who advises publishing and media clients, and a mindfulness and meditation guide, teaching worldwide online and in-person in Athens, Greece.
