Life should always be appreciated. Sometimes I've found myself ready to give up, and have said things like "I don't think I can" or "I don't think it's worth it." I didn't always know what support is available because I didn't reach out and ask. When I understood my feelings and became aware of how they affected others, I was able to offer something special.
