Lonnie Pacelli is a business and autism awareness author with over 30 years business experience and 23 years experience as a dad of an autistic son. His son Trevor was diagnosed with autism at age 5 and has experienced many of the highs and lows that accompany autism. Lonnie, his wife Patty, and big sister Briana have made family adjustments throughout the years including Lonnie leaving his job at Microsoft to focus on home-schooling Trevor. Trevor recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Film & Media Studies and is now Media Director at Mom & Dad's company. Lonnie is committed to helping dads with autistic kids better cope and have hope for their children and wants others to learn from both his successes and mistakes. Patty Pacelli is an author, editor, entrepreneur and autism advocate. She is the mother of two adult children, one on the autism spectrum. She promotes autism awareness by serving on the board of directors of the Seattle Children's Autism Center Guild. She is also the owner of Look Your Best Wardrobe Consulting Bellevue, Washington. She has lived on Seattle's Eastside in Sammamish and Bellevue since 1993 with her husband, Lonnie, also an author. She grew up in Colorado and has lived in Arizona and Illinois before moving to Washington. Trevor Pacelli grew up in Sammamish, Washington and was diagnosed with a form of autism at age 5. As a child, he published drawings in two children's magazines and illustrated a children's book at age 15, written by his sister Briana Pacelli,"The Kindergarten Adventures of Amazing Grace." an autism awareness book. At 19, he wrote a book in the "Six-Word Lessons" series to help people with autistic children in their families understand how an autistic person really thinks and feels. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Film and Media Studies and now works as Media Director at Mom & Dad's company.
