Andy's teacher Mrs. Roman can be so boring, so he daydreams in class and forgets about tests. Finally, Mrs. Roman has had enough. Andy's always known she's had it in for him, but when she is out sick one day, Andy's class gets a fishy substitute teacher. Things then turn from bad to worse for Andy! B&W illustrations.
