Fatih Erdogan is the author of more than 40 Turkish children's books, a children's book illustrator, the translator of all of Milet Publishing's Turkish-English books, and editor-in-chief of a Turkish monthly children's-literature magazine. He also founded the Association of Children's Books, the Turkish section of the International Board on Books for Young People.
