Prior to dedicating his time fully as an author, RJ spent many years consulting for businesses and individuals. He has published several step-by-step instruction books on building teams, company efficiency and marketing. Over the years, RJ has personally used and perfected every technique he explains and discusses. He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, an MBA and is currently working toward his law degree. He also has a keen interest in metaphysics and the study of less tangible matters.
