He is a member of ASEAN Law Association - Singapore, Executive Committee Member United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Coordination Committee for Australia, Asian Privacy Scholars Network. Dr Walters has chaired Government Appointed Advisory Committee and represented government departments to Government Law Reform Committees, in Australia.
