What is beauty if not for the richness of light? Light from the oil within our lamps, which surpasses the artificial light that eventually fades. Adorn yourself with the jewels of the Holy Spirit. Putting on the light of the Lord takes discipline and devotion, but it is well worth your effort. Having previously lived in darkness, I recall everything that I lost because I walked according to my own futile ways and the ways of the world. I entrusted the symptoms of my darkness into the hands of the enemy. The enemy wants us to follow in his ways and to put our trust in the things of this world. This was my spiritual Babylon. Nothing but confusion manifested from the life I pursued. Now that I have turned my life over to The Most High, I live my life through words and pictures. I am always searching for ways to see beauty and truth, even in my own humility.
