Too many people have been wrongly convicted of crimes they are innocent of. But when the justice system is working against you, there is very little an ordinary citizen can do. This was the case for Kathleen Coppess's husband. After he was sentenced to thirty months in a West Virginian prison, life as Coppess knew it would never be the same. Alone and angry with God, Coppess fought for peace, stability, and any piece of the life so quickly taken from her. But even when her world turned upside-down, God remained consistent. Even though Kathleen has always wanted to write she carries stories in her head that one day she hopes will be put to paper. This is her first book and she is hoping it will be successful because of the message GOD has asked her to tell. Kathleen lives in a small Midwest Michigan town that her husband grew up in. She is proud to be a 77 year old grandmother of 17 (step grandchildren and grandchildren's spouses included here). She and her husband recently became great grandparents which is very exciting for them. Kathleen is learning to paint and loves making scrapbooks and greeting cards.
