From arid west Texas, the rest of the continental United States, including the forests of Canada, plus the Alps in Western Europe investors were enticed in a wind farm proiect that was created by a man that seemed to have a legitimate plan. After four years of making a large investment along with many other investors, it was learned that the consultants hired by the lead man were not being paid to help build the project properly.

Consequently, lawsuits were filed. lt did not take very long that his reputation was in tatters. He couldn't sell the leased property in west Texas for what he thought was reasonable and untimately he ran out of money.

Rather than sue him by hiring an attorney, a letter to the FBI was writen and along with it, a large paper trail of documents was sent, showing fraud and false promises of renumeration. This true story developed into a criminal case in the nexus of three government agencies to find a sliver of justice. Delaney was the only person of the hundred investors who decided to contact the FBl. He spent almost six years corresponding with the FBI and Department of Justice to reach the pinacle of truth and justice. Getting to that point involved many twists and turns with much stress and incredible doubt. lt was a wild ride!
