On the night of the winter solstice last year the world was caught by surprise as every black person in the world suddenly gained a set of superpowers that they did not possess the day before. The next day, the powers disappeared...almost as if they'd never existed. As the winter solstice approaches again, the world's population anxiously awaits whether their superpowers will come back, or if it was a one-time fluke. Meanwhile, a group of siblings have conceived the ultimate plan to use their powers--which they're confident will, and counting on to, come back--for the greater good even if everyone else tries to stop them.
