The volume is a representation of the author’s individuation process, her first volume of poetry. The first part, titled "The Ones Left Behind" presents several mythical and literary characters which had an impact, in one way or another, on her personal development. They are landmarks in the becoming of each and every one of us and their symbolic description wishes to be a support in our evolution. The second part, "Intervals. Silences" refers to the in-between state we all go through at one given moment, those intermediary moments which are hard to define and describe. This "interval" goes together with a period of silence, of verbal and creative infertility similar to the apophatic night of Christianity. The third part, "Pictograms", represents images, paintings or art the author interacted with in this period and which have significantly marked the way the author understands the world. The volume is a representation of the cultural, affective and spiritual accumulations that the author made during a perioad of ten years.
