First-time author Maizie Vassell is an inspirational columnist for a Christian newspaper and has been an educator for over 20 years. Originally from Jamaica, she now lives in Queens, New York, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Theology at the New Greater Bethel Bible Institute. She hopes to fulfill her mission as a Christian counselor.
