Autobiography: A Cat Named Rascal was written by Dianne Lane Stage, with illustrations by Dean Konop. Dianne is also the author of a previous children's book, Two Pugs for Grandpa.
Dianne spent her childhood in the small Northwoods town of Laona, Wisconsin, before marrying David Stage and moving to Two Rivers, Wisconsin, where she raised two sons and two daughters. She has eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Dianne currently lives in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, with her entertaining companion, Rascal.
