A Kids Book About Therapy

"Therapy is for anyone who wants to live a happy, healthy, more peaceful life. Which means...therapy is for everyone!"

"In therapy, you can learn about yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, and how you connect with the world around you."

Therapy isn't just for problems, or when something goes wrong. It's for your everyday mental health and is something you can tap into for well-being now and for the rest of your life. This book shows kids mental health therapy can be fun and helps to underline its necessity.
