This book titled: A Simplified Nursing Informatics. A Modern Age Health Technology for Nurses and Midwives evolved from my revised, lecture notes on the same course I lecture with the School of Post Basic Nursing Programmes, Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria. This book has been made to be very comprehensive with the sole aim of making informatics easy to comprehend by Nurses and Midwives, providing nurses and midwives with an overview and basic understanding of how informatics and information technology can be used to improve the delivery of quality patient care.
