Following a map left behind by a dying man, Clementine and her master travel in search of the ancestral home of the Gout family, hoping to uncover the source of a curse that has shadowed Theophilius for decades. What they find instead is an abandoned mansion, an unwelcoming community, and a history that refuses to stay buried.

Something is wrong within the walls of Castle Gout, and the locals are less than pleased to see old business resurface. As tensions rise and long-guarded secrets begin to emerge, Clementine realises she has been working with only part of the truth.
