Ceci's African Kitchen

Many recipes found in this culinary collection come from the English-speaking parts of Cameroon. Some dishes might be familiar; some might not. One way or the other, I do hope you will find some new dishes or a new flavor that is appealing, one that will make all your kitchen efforts worthwhile. Now with the introduction of Ceci's African Kitchen cookbook, adventurous food connoisseurs can prepare these new dishes in their own kitchens.
