Belcher-Veasley, June: - June Belcher-Veasley has spent over thirty years teaching in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. She has been an advocate for teaching at-risk youth in the urban environment. This is her first published writing; The Cooperative Learning Manual. This text got its beginning while she was in graduate school. June has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Michigan University. She earned a B.A. degree in Education from Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a proud product of the Atlanta Public Schools system. June lives in Decatur, Georgia with her family.
