Detective Klint Kavanaugh, one of Chicago's most successful cops, has never been afraid of bending the rules to get the job done. Following direct orders from a hotshot new mayor, Klint assembles a team to help with his next assignment-combating gang activity in the historic city. This new team, spearheaded by former Navy SEAL John Shannon, proves to be successful.
