Métayer, Nina: - Pastry chef Nina Métayer is a graduate of the renowned Ferrandi Culinary Institute in Paris. She has worked at a number of prestigious establishments, including Le Meurice, Café Pouchkine, and chef Jean-François Piège's Le Grand Restaurant. Named "Pastry Chef of the Year 2017" by the Gault & Millau guide, she currently gives a masterclass in pastry, makes educational videos, and runs the online boutique, Délicatisserie.
