He holds undergraduate degrees in Business and Communications, a Certificate in Marketing and a Masters in Leadership from Luther Rice Seminary. He has had several articles published and is currently working towards a Doctorate in Ministry. He is a licensed levels 1-4 church consultant through Church Central and was accepted into the Next Level Leadership Certification program of the North American Mission Board. He also won a Covenant Award for excellence in local church programming. He lives with his beautiful wife and best friend, Cara, (yes, they are the same person!) on the south side of Atlanta, Georgia.
