Roht-Arriaza, Naomi: - Naomi Roht-Arriaza is Distinguished Professor of Law (emerita) and Sullivan Professor at the University of California Law, San Francisco, where she taught international human rights, international law and torts for almost thirty years. She is the author of The Pinochet Effect (2005) and Impunity and Human Rights in International Law and Practice (1995) and coauthor of The International Legal System: Cases and Materials. She is the president of the Board of the Due Process of Law Foundation and on the coordinating committee of the UNCAC Coalition.
