Lindsay Wilson is a weight loss coach and the founder of Filling Meals. After losing over 27kg himself, he is now obsessed with the science behind easy weight loss and helping others reach their target weights without damaging their relationship with food. Guided by three principles: simple, tasty and filling; Lindsay has helped thousands of people lose weight through his revolutionary focus on filling up to slim down. He is based in Petersfield with his wife and children. Filling Meals is his debut cookbook.
