Five Months to Freedom

Tahira longs for one thing: freedom. But as she is a slave in the land of Typeg, she knows she is doomed to work, be beaten, and sold to other Masters until she dies. Freedom is impossible for her, even when her Mistress takes her on an indefinite ocean voyage. But a few weeks into the voyage, a pirate ship attacks. Tahira is taken aboard, but the mysterious Captain Haefen refuses to tell her where he's taking her. Now forced to live among dangerous pirates, Tahira wonders if she will ever be free.
