1880s: Aspiring artist, Vincent van Gogh, struggles with the Dutch winds along the coastal town of Scheveningen, trying to paint against all odds. Vincent's ensuing quest to learn and grow sees him travelling across three countries in search of his own iconic style of art.

2024: Slightly bored, directionless, and haunted by family trauma, museum guide, Lizzy, leaps at the chance to research a mysterious painting she is entrusted with by a stranger. The painting leads her into intrigue, danger and scandal, but it also draws her to people

who change her life for the better. All because she is following Van Gogh.
