Ricardo Sosapavon traded his day-job at Microsoft for a different kind of challenge on the golf course. He'd always been a sports enthusiast, first with tennis, then as a devoted mountain biker, yet golf would prove to be his biggest challenge yet. He started playing golf in 2002, and after taking lessons two to three times a week for a year, lowered his handicap index to 6.3. He's played in and won several golf tournaments at club-level, and was part of the team that won an inter-club championship in Mexico City. His greatest accomplishment on the golf course so far has been scoring his lowest round, a 73, and achieving his lowest handicap index of 4.7. Ricardo was born and raised in Mexico. He moved to the United States in 2006 with his wife of many years and two daughters. His strong faith guides him daily as a partner in a bicycle-based small business, Cletaworld.com, with his family, and on the golf course.
