Williams, Churchill: - Being born into a family with the correct structure is something that should just happen. Being a child in the situation has nothing to do with you. It actually falls on the parents and hopefully they would have the proper foundation established. As for myself I had both parents, a house, the fence and even a puppy. However when people enter into that level of responsibility, it takes more than the actual look of family. It requires the necessary work to be done for the task to be executed correctly. Needless to say my young parents may have bit off more than what they could chew at the time. As problems arose in my early formative years, my parents decided to go their own way which subtracted from the family union and divided us. Now being faced with a new reality of project living with a single mother, my entire future would take on a different direction faced with more daunting challenges. The thoughts of wanting my dad's involvement and the truth of him not being there were a reality that I had to face on a daily basis. Growing up without being presented with certain skills, balance and structure led me to thinking the thoughts that would later turn into Inside The Business of C.U.M. Management. CUM is a double entendre for Choices U Make. I vowed to myself that I would definitely do better for my seed whenever that time will come in my life. However, life would be more than growing up to be a parent. How would I navigate the world trying to learn what was good or bad? How would I determine what is right or wrong? Would my decision making process be enough to make the correct choices or would I fall through the cracks and be another statistic? I believe that observation is one of the greatest skills and mindsets to have, and with that being said I paid close attention to everything going on around me in every situation. Along the way I slipped, tripped, stumbled and even fell a couple of times, but what I didn't do was stay down. I continued to pick myself up from every setback to become the amazing man and father that I am today.
