Inspiration Universal and Unlimited: Motivation Scatters; Inspiration Gathers

Inspiration and motivation might just be the most misused words in the business world.

Lance Secretan PhD, internationally renowned author, speaker, consultant, and friend of the author, says it best, "Motivation (fear-based) is lighting a fire under someone and inspiration (love-based) is lighting a fire within someone."

"Inspiration Universal and Unlimited...Motivation Scatters; Inspiration Gathers" builds on inspiration being loved-based and available to everyone in unlimited portions, regardless of one's station in life. Though the primary thrust focuses on employment life, emphasis is placed on everyone aspiring to be the same person at home and at work. If you're in business, this book is for you. Author Roger Steinkruger speaks to a wide-based audience including 1) CEO's, 2) leadership team members, 3) management staff, 4) individuals who are aspiring to leadership roles at all levels, 5) existing staff who want to contribute to a more inspirational, loving culture, and 6) individuals who are seeking employment in high performing, inspirational organizations. Steinkruger reminds us that everyone is a leader. This book was not written to promote another synthetic approach to leadership. It is a collection of practical suggestions and recommendations, that will make it easier to master the ageless leadership model founded with the beginning of time: Inspiring, Loving, Servant Leadership.
