Getting bit hurts like hell.

Tensions are running high between shifters and vampires, and somehow becoming a Friend of the Pack has only made me more of a target.

But I can't hide forever. I have bills to pay and a job to do.

When I find myself in a fight for my life, I discover that vampires aren't the only creatures with fangs I should be worried about, and soon find myself treading a fine line of paranormal politics-bound to one power player and the target of another.

If I don't tread carefully, getting bit will be the least of my problems.

But somehow, trouble always finds a way to bite me in the ass.
