Lessons from the Garden: African Spirituality, Health, and Holistic Practice

Dr. Lahronda Welch Little is a mystic, healer, teacher, and pastor who draws from her rich cultural and spiritual heritage to nurture and guide others to wellness and wholeness. Little is a minister in the United Methodist Church, leading programs in spiritual formation, women's ministry, and health in church and community. She holds an MDiv from Candler School of Theology and a PhD in spiritual care and pastoral theology from the Laney Graduate School, both of Emory University. She and her husband live in the suburbs of Atlanta and are the proud parents of two handsome teenage boys.
