She is a certified coach, leadership trainer, facilitator, and consultant. She is the founder of Re-Vision Academy, which offers learning journeys in purpose discovery and leadership. She works with Sweet Rush as a culture transformation consultant and with New Ventures West, a world class coaching school, as a coach and coach trainer. Anamaria experienced a monumental life re-vision after her double masters in business and environment from Yale and prestigious jobs at McKinsey, the World Bank, and the Colombian government. As a former biologist, her work is full of metaphors from nature to remind us of our place in the web of life. She is based in Bogota, Colombia with her husband Carlos, and participates in various organizations promoting inner and social transformation.
