Mabel and her friends are throwing a film festival for the neighborhood. She travels to Peru to discover how to prepare the best popcorn and candy to mix in with it. But when she gets home, a mischievous pup on the hunt for treats causes an accident. The kids will have to pop into action to save their festival.
