Micropenis: The Long and Short of it

After enduring a very publicized and documented penis enlargement, David Brian revealed his side of the experience in Penoplasty: A True Story. In this follow-up, he continues the detailed, real-life telling of what it means to live with an abnormally small penis and undergo surgical enhancements. The procedure is quite common in both the United States and the United Kingdom, yet the subject of small penis size remains taboo, relegated to ridicule and base humor.

In addition to covering his firsthand experiences, this new volume discusses which surgeons worldwide perform penoplasty procedures, why it is that one in two hundred men suffer from the condition, and what women truly think about penis size. It also looks deeper into the history of penis enlargement, discovers new techniques, and discusses the reality that although there may indeed be "plenty of other things to worry about," size still matters. An honest and uncensored exploration, this book will be helpful to many men, along with their partners, as it promotes sincere discussion and debate.

As the title suggests, the book maintains a healthy sense of humor, covering the long and short of this complicated issue that affects many but is addressed by few.
