Surf's up! Clarence has never been surfing before, so he joins Mr. Dent, the surf wagon, and his cat, Throttle, for a day at the beach. While Throttle's out on the surf board all alone, big waves get him into some hot water. Can Clarence turn into Mighty Truck and save the day? Full color.
