By drafting the weak and powerless from across Cantain (along with the all but populated Outskirts), the O.N. has trained these agents to be professionals toward stealth and combat. This is the only way they can save the gang-run city.

Rica Vinson and Tate Acosta were taken into the O.N. at a young age. One being trained in combat, and the other in technology. After being placed on a team together, Rica and Tate must learn how to work with each other. Yet, both have their secrets... Secrets that can risk their survival in the cruel city.

And a new opponent threatens to release those secrets to the world...
