Helen Hopkins is a busy mum who loves food but needed to find an easier way to feed her family. She is a trained wellness coach and habit change practitioner who is always looking for an easier, simpler way to navigate life.

After being diagnosed with pre-diabetes it was clear that something needed to change. Busy family life relied on ready meals, beige freezer food and one too many takeaways.

Helen loved the idea of batch cooking but soon realised that the traditional approach didn't suit her lifestyle. So she rewrote the rulebook to make it quicker and cheaper. Experimenting with her own family and then teaching it to thousands of families worldwide.
