Dr. Evan Meltzer retired after practicing podiatric medicine and surgery for forty-one years. For half of his professional career, he was in private practice. For the last half of his career, he was an employed podiatrist with the Department of the Army, the Indian Health Service and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
