Weston and H.P. are once again called upon to match their wits (such as they are) against the nefarious organization that they've each run afoul of thrice before, but now this diabolical cabal is under new leadership, and the first order of business is eliminating old enemies. Further complicating matters, the duo's closest friends are implicated in a high-profile crime that threatens their livelihoods and possibly even their lives.
