Night Flower: A Journey of Healing the Body, Heart & Spirit from Trauma & Abuse

Night Flower provides a living guide to understanding the damage abuse and trauma does to all levels of the self, most deeply to the heart and spirit. It gives tools to work through this complex layering of wounding that impedes healthy fulfilled living. In addition to Kinesio-Emotional Release System, a system of tracking and releasing wounding based on the innate movement of the human body combined with other healing modalities developed by the author, other natural healing systems are presented to the reader looking for healthy choices to regain balance and wholeness. Empowerment tools are presented for daily usage. Illusions around these deep issues are torn open for understanding of the entanglement caused by abuse, shedding light on how a person can use a difficult background as a proving ground for self mastery. Guidance for accessing deep inner wells of strength and wisdom to step out of the past damage into a brighter future is outlined. The author takes a difficult issue and turns it around, providing insight and light into the darkness.
