Dallas McCarthy has been in marketing for 15 years and has written and edited copy for his entire career. In 2009 he also co-founded and wrote thousands of words for The Talking Mirror, the spiritual predecessor to The Babylon Bee. Dallas has always loved creative writing. In 2023, his pastor gave a sermon about Jonah that really effected him. That sermon was the turning point and he began writing every night. A non-fiction book turned into a speculative fiction thriller set in an alternate reality. Seven months later, he had a first draft of No Inches Left to Give complete. He hopes the book can affect his readers just as deeply as that sermon affected him.
